During my talking about Freedom class today we talked and argued the Plessy V Ferguson Case. The case was about segregation and the court upheld the decision under the separate but equal doctrine. Overall I believe that the court should not have kept segregating black and white people because of the racial tensions that were happening in that time. This was one of the most important case because because It argued that even though people shared the same characteristics it they were certain type of color they could not use white peoples facilities. Also as you can see in the image above that is a representation of how good the white people vs the African Americans were. There is a clear difference and we can tell that the facilities from the whites are far more clean and more luxurious than the one on the right.
